You will be met by your holiday host, at the property on the day of arrival. Your host will be able to answer any questions you may have about the property and the area. Also, they will be able to give you advice on where to find all local amenities you may need. Once your check in process is complete your host will hand you your keys and then the rest is up to you.
Although we allow our guests the freedom to enjoy the properties as they wish you will also have full contact details for your host should you need them, however the spirit of Holiday Home Madeira is that our Madeira rental apartments and Villas should feel as comfortable as your own home.
